Park City Mountain

Sulumits Retsambew had the pleasure of visiting the Utah many times. Utah, especially Salt Lake City is certainly one of his favorite places to visit, with all its national parks, landscapes, blue sky & wild landscapes and blue. Salt Lake City is located in a valley along the west side of the Wasatch Mountains, home to some of the best skiing in the United States.

Each local Salt Lake has his favorite mountain: Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, guns, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbasin, Powder Mountain and the point is that there are many options.

The Park City which originally called Parley’s Park is the famous Utah Ski Passes resort destination in Park City. Jupiter Peak, which rises over 10,000 feet in Park City, you can withdraw up to 360 inches of snow per year from low pressure systems that move through the Wasatch Mountains in winter. This is not the average of the snow, but something more like puffy white clouds and good cake. Imagined days where the boys would walk in with their snowboards on Kid Ski Lessons program.

Park City summer events 2009

Here are some of Park City events :

  • Park City 125th Anniversary – June 13, was a great event as we only celebrate our 125th anniversary once.
  • Park Silly Sunday Market – The Park Silly Sunday Market runs June 14 – September 27, from 10 am to 4 pm in the Lower Main Street in Park City. The market offers locals and visitors a unique opportunity to purchase one of a kind of art, crafts, food and more.
  • Park City July 4th Celebration – The day starts with a pancake breakfast, fun run, parade and more great activities which does not stop until the fireworks at dusk.
