Vaccinations of Swine Flu
Sulumits Retsambew : Vaccine against seasonal flu strain H1N1 is not thought to protect us. The vaccine against swine influenza to cope with seasonal influenza in order to minimize infection rates tend to be developed, but still killed each year nearly half a million people worldwide. Today, using an injection of dead virus, “the world of vaccines against influenza. Manufacturers are asked to produce a vaccine against H1N1 is unlikely to be able to react quickly if a pandemic is declared.
About one billion doses of vaccine each year, is the only one who can produce, so that even if the whole world has changed the ability to fight against the pandemic, unlike seasonal influenza. A few years ago, the provision of vaccines that have been enough for the epidemic, but not enough for the total population of the epidemic.
A new wave of the deadly H1N1 strain that forecasts will reappear in fall and produce the vaccine as early as today to prepare for a return in May, the vaccine is not as effective insurance is a great serious waste of resources and also a shortage of vaccine against seasonal influenza. Only a few more weeks are needed for the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) CDC to develop a seed strain of the virus in early May, but producers then need four to six months before being able to create large quantities of vaccine.
From another perspective, WHO will seek to ensure that a significant amount is available and should be declared a pandemic vaccine produced in developing countries. Vaccine manufacturers and countries with standing orders, such as the United States and some European countries will be invited to share with developing countries from the time the first batch is ready in case a vaccine against H1N1 is made.
The 2009-2010 influenza season are ineffective against the new strain with vaccines against influenza for the northern and southern hemispheres. The WHO says that the two plans are needed for seasonal influenza and swine, but no decision would be made as to begin production of a vaccine against swine influenza. The Management Board receive input from the manufacturers (for example, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis and Baxter International) compared to when you can finish the season in the manufacture of fire and to begin production of the vaccine against swine influenza, pending the recommendations of WHO and its “seed virus” and could be ready to proceed with production at that time.
There are antiviral drugs available for treating influenza, the virus is resistant to amantadine and rimantadine, but susceptible to oseltamivir and zanamivir. It remains concerned that this strain in May mutation to develop resistance to oseltamivir in the future. For treatment and prevention of swine influenza, the CDC recommends the use of Tamiflu (oseltamivir) and Relenza (zanamivir). Studies show that the drug is effective in the United States government had already extended the life of the stock of Tamiflu, the federal government to its original five to seven years.
The purchase of medicines from online sources is not recommended by WHO, it is estimated that half of medicines sold are counterfeit. Others wonder if the handles of antiviral drugs for their safety, even if they have no symptoms, health officials warned it could lead to the swine flu virus develops resistance to drugs.

I would rather risk getting a mild dose of swine flu than risk a potentially dangerous side effect from an untested vaccine.
